Why the app? To establish more openness. The government considers children as a grey area, you can go online but you have to know what you're looking for but the app creates a place to get information faster and it's important when kids get kidnapped. We in America get amber alerts for local kids but this works on an international level, with easier access and with just one click away,more people that get involved can influence the government
